Author Guidelines
International Journal of Applied Science and Technology Application (IJAPSET)
1. General Manuscript Requirements
Manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Applied Science and Technology Application must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal. Authors are required to prepare manuscripts according to the official journal template and follow the formatting, structure, citation, and ethical requirements described in these guidelines.
2. Page Layout and Formatting
Authors should follow the required page layout below:

3. Manuscript Title
The title should be concise, clear, specific, and accurately reflect the content and findings of the manuscript. The recommended title length is a maximum of 16 words. The title should be written in Times New Roman, 16 pt.
4. Author Names and Affiliations
Author names should be written clearly below the title. The manuscript may include a maximum of five authors. Author names, affiliations, and email addresses should be written in Times New Roman, 10 pt.
The author information should include:
- Full name of each author.
- Faculty, department, university or institution name, city, and country.
- Email address of each author.
- Corresponding author marked with an asterisk (*).
5. Abstract and Keywords
The abstract must be informative, self-contained, and written in the past tense. It should briefly describe the research problem, objective, method or approach, major findings, and conclusion. The abstract should be between 100 and 200 words.
The abstract must not contain citations, uncommon abbreviations, tables, figures, or equations.
Keywords
Authors should provide five keywords that represent the main concepts of the manuscript and support indexing and discoverability.
6. Manuscript Structure
The recommended manuscript structure is as follows:
- Introduction
- Research Method
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements, if applicable
- References
6.1 Introduction
The introduction should present the background of the study, research problem, relevant literature, research gap, proposed approach or solution, and the novelty or contribution of the study. The introduction should be accessible to readers from a broad range of scientific disciplines.
6.2 Research Method
The research method should explain the research design, procedures, data collection, testing process, analytical techniques, and research stages in chronological order. Where relevant, algorithms, pseudocode, models, or procedural diagrams may be included.
6.3 Results and Discussion
This section should present the research findings clearly and discuss them comprehensively. Results may be supported by tables, figures, graphs, or other visual forms. The discussion should interpret the findings, compare them with previous studies, and explain their scientific or practical implications.
6.4 Conclusion
The conclusion should answer the research objectives and align with the findings presented in the Results and Discussion section. It may include implications, limitations, and recommendations for future studies.
6.5 Acknowledgements
Acknowledgements may be included to recognize funding sources, institutional support, or individuals who contributed to the research but do not meet authorship criteria.
7. Tables and Figures
Tables and figures must be placed in the center of the page and cited in the text before they appear. Figures should use an in-line-with-text layout. Each table and figure must have a clear caption and numbering.

8. Citation and Reference Style
The journal uses the IEEE citation style. Citations in the text should be written numerically using square brackets, such as [1], [2], or [1-3]. References must be listed in numerical order according to their first appearance in the manuscript.
Authors are required to use the most relevant and up-to-date references. The main references should come from international journals and proceedings. At least 25 references are required, and DOI information should be provided whenever available. Self-citation should not exceed 20% of the total references.

9. Ethical Requirements
Authors must ensure that:
- The manuscript is original and free from plagiarism.
- The manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
- All listed authors have made substantial contributions to the work.
- All data, methods, and findings are reported accurately and transparently.
- Any funding, conflict of interest, or ethical approval requirement is disclosed where relevant.
10. Submission Preparation Checklist
- The manuscript follows the official IJAPSET template.
- The title is concise and does not exceed the recommended length.
- The abstract is 100–200 words and written in the past tense.
- Five keywords are provided.
- All tables and figures are cited in the text before they appear.
- References follow IEEE style and include DOI information where available.
- The manuscript contains at least 25 relevant references.
- Self-citation does not exceed 20%.
- The manuscript has been checked for grammar, formatting, similarity, and completeness.
11. Copyright and License
Published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC BY-SA). Authors retain responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their submitted work.
