Article Processing Charges (APC)
IJAPSET is committed to maintaining an accessible and transparent publishing model. Submission and peer-review services are provided free of charge. Article Processing Charges (APC) apply only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
Publication Charges
Manuscript submission, editorial screening, and peer-review processes are conducted free of charge. Authors are required to pay the applicable APC only after their manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
Effective from Volume 1, Issue 2 (September 2026), the following publication charges apply.
Domestic Authors
Applicable to authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia.
International Authors
Applicable when the first author is affiliated with an institution outside Indonesia.
Extra Pages
For pages exceeding the standard limit of 12 pages.

Editorial Independence
Payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts undergo the same rigorous editorial screening, double-blind peer review process, and publication assessment regardless of the author’s financial status or ability to pay.

Quality assurance and publication management.
Copyediting, layout, proofreading, and publishing.
Long-term preservation and online accessibility.
Important Notice
The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be issued only after all administrative requirements and applicable payment procedures have been completed. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author via email.
